Mark Cuban Said What?

Mark Cuban is a billionaire. He is a savvy software developer and owner of the Dallas Mavericks. He also knows how to make deals and understands business trends. markcubandallasmavericksvictoryparade3qu0eyykt7zl

Recently, I have been on an automation kick. I have written several posts about how automation will cause many jobs to disappear. While some people may not see this as a potential problem, Mark Cuban does:

In a recent interview on Bloomberg TV, Cuban warned that even people with in-demand skills like computer coding could soon be displaced. (Read the article HERE.)

“That might have been a great job a few years ago, but you might be out of work in five years.  We’re going to have a lot of displaced workers – the nature of work is changing,” he said.

This is the time to seriously think about your future, and how you will pay your bills.

The job market is changing, and I feel the key is to create multiple streams of income:

  • Do you have a monetized website?
  • Do you have a hobby that you can turn into a money-making venture?
  • Do you have an idea for a business but aren’t sure how to get started?

NOW is the time to seriously consider starting a business.

It takes time to create a business. It will not happen overnight. Start turning your passion into a paycheck while you’re still employed!  Learn everything from tax deduction tips to choosing a perfect business partner in my new book ReadiSet Go! A Simple Guide to wp-1484715097552.jpgEstablishing a Small Business, co-written by Jeffrey White.

The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is today. Invest in your future and pick up a copy of my book HERE on Amazon.

Automation is  changing the world as we know it. Just ask Mark Cuban. Will you be ready?
